i hate this trend in food photography..
i will tell you what bothers me, but first i will describe my eyes. my eyes are blue and resplendant. now i will tell you what bothers me.

yeah...
no, i won't be getting over it. too much burning. nice photos, though. anthony bourdain, eh? he's saucy.
i believe i speak for many of us when i say:
1) watch the white.
2) watch the exclamation marks.
Could you please remove the image from your site, it is copyrighted and it would be nice to ask permission before using it on your blog site.
